Our Rent-to-Own option is very simple and gives customers flexibility when purchasing a shed.

Offered through McKenzie Banking Company. NO CREDIT CHECK and NO impact to your credit score.

There is a 10% non-refundable deposit due at the time the order is placed. This will be deducted from the total balance owed on the shed.

Payments are made for 36 months, with a 60 month option available. Early payoff with no penalty offered at any time after the first payment is made.

Each month a percentage of the payment will be applied to the principle balance and a portion is the "rent" owed to the bank each month until the balance is paid in full.
Interior finishing add on items such as insulation, electrical, and white pine walls are not available on Rent-to-Own.
Upon delivery you will fill out a few short sections of personal information including name and address, drivers license number, and a reference. After shed installation and paperwork has been completed you will receive payment information in the mail from McKenzie bank.
REPO Sheds
Offering RTO we do occasionally end up with sheds that have been voluntarily surrendered or repossessed. The inventory of these sheds is constantly changing so make sure to call and ask what we have available at the time! Pictured are some we have sold nd some that are currently on the lot. The pricing of these buildings are reduced but it is not negotiable.
