Delivery

Free delivery within our typical service areas in TN and KY. 30 miles from our dealership is the standard for free delivery. However we serve several surrounding areas and can accommodate some areas slightly greater than 30 miles. We can determine that when buying based on delivery address.

Lot model sheds are delivered within 7-10 business days, weather permitting.

Custom order sheds are typically delivered in 4-6 weeks. Some rush orders available, just ask!

Build-on-Site is available in cases where sheds CANNOT be delivered. There is a 25% price increase to the total of the building, with a $500 minimum.

When delivering we will bring the shed with a truck and trailer, unload the building using a mule and dolly tires. We simply drive the building to the desired location and level up using concrete blocks.

No leveling or pad is required unless desired and must be completed before delivery is scheduled, if so.

The delivery team will need a minimum of 1-2 feet extra in a straight line path (if winding around objects or sloped ground more space may be needed) to get the shed in place.

We do have a Fence guy that can come and take up a section of your fence and put it back after shed is placed. This is an additional charge paid directly to the fence company. We will be glad to set this up for you. Just ask!
